Nicole Zarate, DHS College and Career Specialist, has been honored with the prestigious SBCEO Crystal Apple Educator Award, a distinction that celebrates Santa Barbara County’s most dedicated and inspiring educators. This award recognizes individuals who exemplify excellence in education through their unwavering commitment to students, instructional and motivational skills, and meaningful engagement with staff and the community.
Ms. Zarate's recognition as one of the 2024/25 Crystal Apple Educator Award winners places her among a select group of educators across the county who are celebrated for their outstanding contributions to education and student success.
